For this project, the Architect contracted me to create As-Built plans for this extensive restoration/renovation to the Miners Union Hall that today serves as the Community Hall in Rossland, British Columbia. This city owned property has Heritage status with great craftsmanship details of the day and continues to host many magnificent events.
