This high-end single-family home was built in 2015 in Rossland, British Columbia. The design was integrated into the steep sloping lot with garage in the basement to keep living floors above grade. Design included an indoor cast in place concrete swimming pool which was coordinated extensively with structural and mechanical engineers. The building envelope was enhanced with a continuous exterior layer of insulation to resolve all wall stud thermal bridging.
